Animal Luggage

Found these pretty crazy pieces by a Los Angeles based artist Carlee Fernandez. This collection is called Canade II 7000 and includes these two peculiar looking suitcases. Im not too sure if this wold be a big hit in the fashion industry but would defiantly get the attention that they deserve.

(all fond in cigarette smoke) The idea is that this cowl-neck vest studded with LEDs that stimulate the way yo breathe based in the toxicity of your environment along with tiny vibrators that alert yo when you have wandered into an unhealthy airspace.

"'An once of prevention'

While I was browsing around the internet looking for information on my sustainability project I stumbled across this which i thought was pretty relevant to my previous assignment for design studies 'Part 5A'
Three engineering students from Northern university have developed a 'data-logging' compression shirt that helps pitchers avoid torn ligaments. I think that this is an amazing break through in the development in smart technologies in clothing and can be made for as little as $200, outstanding!
